Liban Transport aims to complete all deliveries safely and efficiently. While every effort is made to meet agreed schedules, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

We reserve the right to refuse the transport of goods that are:

Cancellation charges may apply if:
A vehicle has already been dispatched.
Collection has already been scheduled.
Costs have already been incurred.

However, Liban Transport shall not be liable for:
Delays beyond our reasonable control.
Loss resulting from inaccurate customer information.
Improperly packaged goods.
Consequential or indirect financial losses unless required by law.
Any claims for loss or damage should be reported promptly after delivery.
Where applicable, goods may be transported under our standard haulage insurance. Customers should advise us in advance if additional insurance cover is required.
